
HOW WE WORK
The end results of a successful installation are usually pretty obvious for everyone to see but we know that the work that goes on behind the scenes to get to this stage is of just as much value and importance. In appointing a third party installation team, we fully appreciate that customers are entrusting us to work on their behalf which requires a huge level of confidence in us. In order to ensure that we maintain high standards throughout the process from start to finish we have developed our own custom works process......

Following initial enquiry and order placement our team will work with you to obtain all the necessary paperwork and visuals required prior to loading day. We then have our own in-house briefing with the relevant fitting team to discuss the program of works ensure ensure that best and safest practises are being used for each element. A summary report is then fed back to yourselves along with RAMS docs and final confirmation of schedule.

We carry out regular weekly audits on all of our vehicles to ensure that we are always carrying a standard range of fixings and tools which allows us to complete jobs neatly and efficiently. Safety barriers , access equipment, health and safety and PPE equipment is also checked and maintained on a regular basis.

We do have our own branded workwear as standard but are more than happy to wear our customers uniform or offer a full white label service on request. We also offer the option to brand our vehicle with temporary signage whilst working for you no additional cost. Simply supply us with the relevant artwork and we will create a set of magnetics which can be re-used each time you choose to work with us.
All of our vehicles are fitted with tracking data so that our office can keep our customers constantly updated on ETA’s and schedule progress

Each team carry a desktop tablet and are instructed to photograph before, during and after each item on the program of works is complete, rather than leaving completion images until the end of the day. This means that the info can be analysed by our office before forwarding to you to ensure that any issues have been resolved and the best possible finish has been achieved.
Even the most straightforward installations can raise issues and in the instance this happens, be they site or client related, we would evaluate the situation, formulate a proposed solution and
then contact you to make the final decision as the customer. We pride our ourselves on being problem solvers, and appreciate that leaving site without completing a job must always be the absolute last option.
On completion of a project our office team will ensure that you receive a full set of completion images, along with a comprehensive site report. In compiling this document we aim to provide one singular, concise record of all on site activity, removing the need for the endless scraps of paper, email trails and scribbled records of phone calls to site which can quickly accumulate, particularly on larger projects.
